Based on this log, Emacs doesn't exit, it is aborted.  Does the DOS
box in which it runs close as well, or are you dumped to the shell
prompt?

Also, what shell do you use in the DOS box where you invoke Emacs?  Is
it COMMAND.COM, CMD.EXE, or something else?

Finally, the log indicates that you used the menu bar at least once.
Can you cause Emacs to be aborted like that without ever touching the
mouse or using the menu bar?
