I would imagine something like it, but with more restrictions.

This has the definition of the Open Source 1.7 License, under which OpenWatcom
is to be released.  Note that this only applies to the parts of OpenWatcom that
are actually owned by Sybase.  Special libraries, SDKs etc... will have to be
obtained from their original source (M$, OS/2, Novell), although they are
reportedly talking to some groups to see if they can continue to use some of
it.  This is why one must have a full, store bought version, for Watcom 11.0c
and OpenWatcom 1.0.

The big difference, unlike ZLib, for any product derived from it, you must also
make the source code available.  A bit like GPL.  There are more restrictions
than ZLib, such as no discrimination against... anyone.  So JGAA's software
(WarFTPd) would be a good example of something that wouldn't be able to be
distributed under this license (he doesn't want military/governmental people
using his software, for good reason).
