I don't mean that the program the compiler creates should run in DOS,
what I mean is that the compiler it self should run in real dos. That
is the way RSXNTDJ is now, you *don't* have to run it under windows. I
ran version 1.5 under DOS 6.22 and some programs I compiled even ran
under Windows 3.11 with Win32s :)
