This has nothing to do with the file size: there are prabably bugs in
your code.

That exe size limit was for old real mode compilers (like earlier
versions of Turbo C / Borland C and the like). With DJGPP, you are
already working in protected mode, and thus, there is no limit to the
exe size (well, there is a limit, but I doubt your program will hit
it).
