Your browser is now changed to text??
Oh no, I would not do that. HTML is just wonderful for that purpose.
MY MY, even GOO-ees have their place in the scheme of things.
[GUI: graphical user interface]

I presume *sight* means sigh? If so, I know the feeling well.
If it means sight, I don't understand.

Please continue to enjoy your HTML, GUIs and whatever else keeps you
informed, but program in ASCII text, and when you can, transmit in
that form. Oh I know you can program in HTML, Word, WordPerfect,
and a bunch of other things, but why bother? ASCII is so simple????

Now, hold on, if you want to send me an attachment of a real good
FORTRAN tutorial in HTML, oh boy, I would like that--but maybe
the 2000 other people on this list would not appreciate it.

Have a good life,

Ralph
