[GUI: graphical user interface] I presume *sight* means sigh? If so, I know the feeling well. If it means sight, I don't understand. Please continue to enjoy your HTML, GUIs and whatever else keeps you informed, but program in ASCII text, and when you can, transmit in that form. Oh I know you can program in HTML, Word, WordPerfect, and a bunch of other things, but why bother? ASCII is so simple???? Now, hold on, if you want to send me an attachment of a real good FORTRAN tutorial in HTML, oh boy, I would like that--but maybe the 2000 other people on this list would not appreciate it.
