I agree 100%, but if you want to write programs for "the big market" you can't 
use Linux, you must use M$ products. Is lamentably but is true.

I agree with it too, but there are some important things to point, the most sad 
is that M$, Watcom and Intel compilers generates better Pentium code (and even 
better 486 code) than gcc. (Look comparissons in Byte articles, download the 
sources, compile it and make your own comparissons).
