LFN=N in 2.00 because it needed to be compatible with 1.12

LFN=N in 2.01 because LFN in 2.00 didn't work *quite* right, and we
didn't know if 2.01's LFN would work right. 2.01 had some bugs too,
but not as many as 2.00. Also, many zips were 8.3 and didn't work
with LFN=Y (like c++ header names).

LFN will be Y in 2.02.
