This is a pressing issue, if you program under dos under windows,
and want to use ctrl/alt and thost idiotic keys gets in your way.

Krnltoys.exe from M$ has a program called remap which should
remap those keys or disable them, I've tried but with no luck,
but maybe others are more fortunate in that respect.
(searching www.download.com is probably faster, than
 trying to find it via M$'s messy homepage.)
