This is a pressing issue, if you program under dos under windows, and want to use ctrl/alt and thost idiotic keys gets in your way. Krnltoys.exe from M$ has a program called remap which should remap those keys or disable them, I've tried but with no luck, but maybe others are more fortunate in that respect.
