Do you really need to hook int08? Or would it be enough for you to have
a reliable, fast (840ns) timer? Then you could search the newsgroup/list
archives on http://www.delorie.com/djgpp/ for occurences of "puclock()",
a timing function that works under DOS, Windows3.1 and Win95.
