DOS - don't know.
You can probably use BeroList for UNIX and Windows. The canonical mailing
list software for UNIX is Majordomo and Listserv (which djgpp list uses).
Technically, these should compile easily under Windows with Cygnus
GNU-Win32 compiler, but will probably not work (needs files in /etc which
you'll have to setup manually under Windows).

I suggest BeroList which is very simple, for UNIX. Or maybe Petidemo. Look
in your nearest Linux sunsite mirror for source.
