First define 'C++ standard library'

I see libg++, the proprietary GNU C++ library (LGPL,definitely not
standard)
I see libiostream, LGPL special exemption (ie NOT LGPL in normal use
*because* its a de-facto standard)
I see the STL, copyright HP (so how could FSF restrict it?)

Is there another 'standard' lib I've missed?
