Oooops!! Reading... :-)

Yeah. I saw the demo maybe half year or one year before quake was released
and though : "Woah, imagine if the demo was playable"
And then I repeated it the next month, the next again, and again, and now
it's like ages since that and I don't think they will EVER do that game.
Why? Maybe because of money. Maybe because of code problems... who knows.

The point is that I think they won't do it because maybe their demo is the
BEST you can see and that TAPE is the best you can imagine, but it's not a
game.
It happens lot of times. I remember trying more than 5 different HYPER-FAST
graphics/sound libraries, to find that I couldn't use them properly inside
a game. Then I found Allegro, which a LOT of ppl say It's crap because it's
not SO fast, but hey, it's damn easy to use (hey Shawn, did I mention
before "I LOVE YOU"?? ;-) )

I guess the same happens with real programmers. There are some who are the
best and fastest, but can only code demos and that stuff. And there are
others who maybe aren't the best ones, but they REALLY MAKE games.

In my opinion, I prefer to MAKE games, even if someone says it's crap
because his demo is FAR faster than my game.
