It has djgpp v2.0 on it. Here is a list of the included packages:

There are newer versions out for a few of these, but I'm not sure which,
becasue I haven't downloaded 2.01 yet, so I'm not sure whats old :)

Actually, I'd say magazine CDs are usually crap. EIther that or my cd
drive is REALLY fucked. Just looking at the directories (not viewing
files) on this cd gave me a bunch of "Abort Retry Fail" messages.
Downloading isn't that bad either, it only took me a couple of hours to
download djgpp 2.0 with my old 14.4, and now I have a 33.6k :)
