Yeah, I'm anxious to get the sources too.  I really like the sound of your
plans!  I think it would be too cool to have Linux long filenames in DOS.
Both for read and write of course.  Only new apps that are ext2fs aware
would be allowed to use the fs routines though.  Also, I think I'd like NO
disk caching going on on those drives in case DOS locks up.  Actually read
caching is ok.  I disable write caching in DOS all the time anyways.
