It looks like you are using mkdoc from DJGPP 2.03. You need to use mkdoc from
DJGPP 2.04. It was extended to understand particular versions of the ANSI and
POSIX standards, e.g.: ansi-c89 and ansi-c99. A portability target of "ansi"
now expands to both ANSI C89 and ANSI C99. See the mkdoc sources or the
djgpp-workers mailing list archives.
