ADDENDUM: I compiled the tmalldbg via the make file on CYGWIN,
with no problems, and the result ran immediately. Just unpacked
the zip into a directory and hit "make tmalldbg.exe".
Will people who are trying it PLEASE let me know. This deafening
silence is somewhat disconcerting.
