According to Eli Zaretskii:
> It's okay, except that "inf", "nan", and the like should be in @code,
> like this:
>
>   @findex strtod AT r{, @code{inf} and @code{nan} in input}

Should it be added to ``Inf´´ (-> ``@code{Inf}'') as well?

I'm not too happy with the current formulation about
caseinsensitivity:
The functions @code{strtod}, @code{strtof}, @code{strtold} and
@code{_strtold} now understand ``Inf'', ``Infinity'', ``NaN'',
``NaN(<anything>)'' and their variations in case in the input string.

English speakers speak up.
