I'm not too happy with the current formulation about caseinsensitivity: The functions @code{strtod}, @code{strtof}, @code{strtold} and @code{_strtold} now understand ``Inf'', ``Infinity'', ``NaN'', ``NaN()'' and their variations in case in the input string.
