You had better re-think how, exactly, you did this "replacing"
operation. Some of your problems may well be caused by remnants of
the old compiler disturbing the operation of the newer one. It's
strongly recommended to completely remove the old compiler, in
particular, before you un-zip the new one instead of just unzipping
the new package hoping it'll replace all the important files.
Sometimes it will, but the errors if it doesn't can be very hard to
track down for non-experts.

And you didn't update your RHIDE. Please do. Or at least
double-check any changes to its configuration you may have done to
make it work with the previous compiler.
