IIRC, the program lists GFX_CAPABILITIES flags somewhere. One of them
should be GFX_CAN_TRIPLE_BUFFER.

It shouldn't be much trouble at all, I'm just going to have to get a
minimal program to work that illustrates it's use. I think I can have
it posted somewhere tomorrow.
