I installed grx246 in djgpp path (under WinXP SP2), compiled libgrx20.a (with the workaround already posted here), and tried the test program bccbgi.exe. Everything seems to work properly, but the fonts other than DefaultFont which are displayed all in the same way (ugly...).

The environment variables GRX20DRV and GRXFONT have been set properly.

Has anybody experimented this strange behaviour?

bccbgi uses Borland .chr fonts instead of the grx fonts.
They are not included in the grx distribution, for fear of patent problems.
You must find them somewhere and include them in the grxNNN/chr directory
for any bgi program which uses other than the default font to function
properly
