Abstract: getche() is executed before commands directly before it in some cases.
While working on a homework assignemt, I started having a problem with the getche() command.
The compiler appears to execute the getche() command before the printf or putc commands have
finished the output.

This is NOT a bug, but buffered I/O and incorrect mixing of stdio and
conio functions at work. It is documented in the FAQ file, in section
9.4.
