Prototypes on <sys/movedata.h> use size_t, but that typedef is not known
to Gcc when it gets to the prototypes, so it barfs.

Make <sys/movedata.h> #include <sys/djtypes.h> near its beginning.

Is this really supposed to be user included?  It gets brought in by
both go32.h and string.h (which have the pre-requisite includes).
Maybe this is a documentation defect instead - "don't use this, use
xxx instead" ?
