goof.com was just updated with a gcc-2.95.2 => pgcc-2.95.2 diff, and the
corresponding update in the cvs tree (tag pgcc-2_95_2).

The usual caveats about patchfiles generated by me apply, but this time
nothing can go wrong ;)

As I already wrote in an earlier message, this release only contains two
bugfixes. In addition -fcompare-elim was disabled (for this release)
because I did not have time to fix it correctly, and most (but not all)
cases are handles by the loop inversion code in gcc itself.
