I do not have another computer to test the executable, file still reports 80386 and I did not noticed much improvement in terms of speed. Also, running some tests (opengl applications) I noticed that the gcc program that comes with pgcc package most of the time produces faster code than pgcc, using the same source and compiler options (it also produces much bigger executables, sometimes twice as big, and it is not just debugging information). I have pgcc version 2.91 (download in rpm format) and I am not in the mailing list. IŽd really appreciate an answer. Thank you!
