I have debian 2.1 and kernel 2.2.10, K6

I downloaded pgcc-1.1.3.tar.gz
It took me hard to compile kernel with this,
it didn't find the things!

So i tared out to /usr/local/bin, etc 
and moved old gcc, and executables to other name
It couldn't find files that are in dir: /usr/local/lib/gcc-lib/i586*/pgcc*/
                                        same /include
So what should I do?

Is there somebody who made a debian package?
