I've recently downloaded the binaries (*.tar.gz) for pgcc and pg77, and installed them using the recommended method tar xvpzf *.tar.gz -C / However anything I want to compile results in , gcc: installation problem, cannot exec 'cc1': No such file or directory I've got an older version (2.90.*) that installed with no trouble and is working fine, but would like to try the new one. I've seen some pretty close (even the same !) e-mails on the mailing list archives, but it is difficult to follow the threads. Can anyone give me some clue ?
