The RH update procedure overwrites a lot of things - you have to reinstall
pgcc.

RPMs can be downloaded from
ftp://sunsite.uio.edu/pub/linux/Mandrake/6.0/Mandrake/RPMS
You want to get pgcc-* and libstdc++-*

Since the RPMs are built for Mandrake rather than RH, you have to either
bunzip2 the included man/info pages, or update your man and info packages
to the ones found in the same RPM directory.
