The SRPM file noted above has a size of 325KB, yet the standard egcs 
sources are over 10MB when compressed with bzip2.   Hmmm...

I suspect the original poster wanted a SRPMS that would build the pgcc 
binaries, not just the egcs-->pgcc patch file.
