I just "found" a page (http://www.suse.de/~florian/kernel+egcs.html) that
has (some) patches for linux-2.0 to work better with egcs (and thus,
presumably, with pgcc).

Doesn't seem too complete, but its more than just ioport.c, so it might be
worth a look.

(yes, I know, this should go in the faq.. well...)
