I'm just uploading the egcs->pgcc 19980921 diff to goof. And yes, so don't
expect that everything will patch cleanly ;)

Major changes in this snapshot
- renamed "amdk6" to "k6" (i.e. -mcpu=k6, -mk6...)
- imported amd-k6 support from egcs
- adjusted scheduling parameters for all cpus to be compatible to egcs
- now tracking mainline egcs again
