Hello. This is off-topic from this mailing list, but anyway...

For C/C++ coding in MS-DOS you should use DJGPP. It's very good 32-bit
protected mode compiler. See

For assembly coding, you should use NASM. It's very good portable x86
assembler supporting also MMX and undocumented instructions. See
	http://www.cryogen.com/Nasm
