changes include:

- -mcyrix and -mcpu=cyrix have been renamed to -mcyrix6x86 and -mcpu=cyrix6x86,
  respectively.
- new switch -mcyrix6x86mx, which is a synonym for -mcpu=cyrix6x86 -march=pentiumpro
- new switch -Os, optimize for space, taken from egcs (but a bit different).
