Or is there no reason to? pgcc *IS* based on gcc 2.8 - it's based on egcs, which in turn is based on gcc 2.8. If you're talking about a gcc-2.8.0-pgcc-something.diff file, it's of no use because egcs/pgcc use a directory structure completely different from gcc 2.8 etc., the diff would be bigger that the full pgcc-something.tar.gz.
