I've still not yet found out how to permanently set it to : green. Here's one way to do it. In the AUTOEXEC: PROMPT $x$p$g SET PEXEC=C:\full\path\to\GREEN.EXE and that way it'll get run each time the prompt appears. -- John Elliott
