I looked into it last night, and can't find a way to turn it on. IS there a way to turn it on? Even the help says that no-confirm is the default, so it looks to me like it's part of the kernel. I really don't like that I have to check whether I already have a filename of a certain name before using the command. I should be able to just type it in and have the system tell me I already have that filename in existence. thanks, DONALD.
