Arachne. It's better with a mouse, but it *can* be used without one.

It'll be *slow*, especially with so little RAM. But it'll work.

Do you have a spare serial port? There *are* serial mice. For that
matter, old Bus Mouse cards are easy to find. And the mice are only a
bit harder to find.

I could send you one for a few bucks over the cost of shipping.
