Opera along with Trumpet Winsock will work in the faster Win3.1
Standard Mode.  Likewise for Pegasus email.

I often use that combination from DESQview/X and it just worked
with DV/X allowing Windows only 4MB of Expanded memory.

Opera v3.62 is my main browser, which I also use with PC/TCP from
Win3.1 Enhanced Mode, ex-DESQview/X.
