As I understand it, Minuet doesn't really multitask (the switched out function is suspended much like Windows31) and the web browser is pretty limited. The gopher and mail clients are excellent. We sused it here in schools for a long time, and I still have it in my archive. DRDOS supports multitasking in the 386 and up installation and has a taskmanager.
