Not really.  It uses the NetWare 2.x file and print protocols (AFAIK), but
its own unpublished authentication stuff.  The internal architecture may be
similar to the old NW2 server in non-dedicated mode or the NetWare Lite
server, but then again it could be entirely difference.  It's certainly
nothing at all like NetWare 386 (3.x upwards).
