I read from a web page that there is DOS in ME but hidden. And this page
has a patch that enables you to boot to DOS. The page is called

Real DOS-Mode Patch for Windows Millennium By Reines [MFD]

I have not tried it as I still have found no reason to replace my 95B fully
tweaked with OS only (no IE). Perhaps you could post your experience after
trying.
