I will try this the next time I boot DR-DOS. (At the moment I am using BeOS, which I am also looking at as a possible replacement for the dreaded Windows.) > PS. Once I used DR-DOS ANSI.SYS, as I mentioned in my followup to my own post, I was able to load and use code pages 819 (ISO Latin-1) and 913 (ISO Latin-3) without any problems. (Ture, DR/MS DOS themselves do not providce these code pages, but they are publicly available.) > As some of you may > know, I am developing a generic code page library > for use with any DOS and already have added support > for any of the ISO as well as many other code pages, > but still my question: Where do you got your .CPI > files from? I have a link to it at the very bottom of one of my personal web pages: http://www.smart.net/~bartlett/ial.html I think the site is still there. At least it was a few minutes ago, although I did not try to download the files again. (As I say, at the moment I am using BeOS.) If you have a problem fetching them, send me a private email, and I can send them to you. The university made them available for use, as far as I know. -- Paul mailto:bartlett AT smart DOT net .......................................................... Paul O. Bartlett, P.O.
