Not without the various emulators MS put out for Windows. There are, however, dedicated DOS clients for Microsoft's SMB file and print sharing services. One of them is on MS's web site and ftp somewhere - it's called the NT client for DOS or something like that, and was on the NT 3.1 (and possibly 3.5) CD-ROM.
