I think you get two incidents free, then $100/incident after that - or one of various support schemes. I wouldn't know, I've never had a problem with NetWare that wasn't in the KnowledgeBase or on the Support Connection fora. However, if you have a problem which is found to be a bug in NetWare, the support charge is waived and they'll send you the patch NLM as soon as it's done - and if you are referred to the support line for a specific fix (for example, there are a few files they want to watch the distribution on), the charges are dropped too. Of course, the first advice anyone with a problem is given is to get and install all the latest updates - they're freely downloadable and fix the vast majority of problems. Regards, Ben A L Jemmett.
