You assume all risks regarding the determination of >whether material is in the public domain. Copyright violation? Hmm... Copying a song from a CD and sending it to people on the InterNet, hmm... it kind of rings a little bell. (snip) >The Services may not be used to send unsolicited bulk or commercial >messages. In case you are interested my mail server actually did go down around the same time that your mail came. A coincidence? Perhaps, I haven't contacted the mail server provider. (Which happens to be the biggest in the Nordic countries BTW). You did send the file to us to disrupt our accounts (if nothing else you wanted to disrupt Jims). So I'll tell you what I am going to do now (and I strongly suggest others do this), I'm going to contact your ISP and ask them to close your account since you have violated several of the rules. For anyone else that's interested I suggest you mail abuse AT home DOT com and file a complaint. You can always claim that it was a misstake, but what does that help? For instance what would the following help: "Your honor I didn't mean to kill him when I aimed the gun at him and pulled the trigger, and I'm sorry. Can I go now?" And as you can see I am sending this to you directly as well - this is since I'm assuming that you have been banned from the list.
