The details will not be made public from what I have been able to determine Caldera hit them for about 3 bil. I know that SCO UNUX (XENIX which ever) is now part of Caldera. I got a flier in the mail from Caldera Saterday. It seems that Caldera now has the Linux Kernel Personality (LKP) for SCO Operating Systems, UnixWare, Open Source, Non Stop Clusters, and OpenServer. the also sent me some e-mail I have not yet read.
