If Outlook Express is similar - close any message you may be reading or writing (this seems to affect what options are available from the menus) and open the address book. If you haven't already, create an entry for 'opendos' and in it's properties, de-select any HTML or rich-text options. Even when you enter the 'opendos' e-mail address manually in the "To" field, etc., Outlook recognises it from the address book anyway, and uses the properties defined there. Once again, all this is based on Outlook, so I can only speculate that Outlook Express may work in a similar manner ...
