Borland C++ will not run in 7.03 due to memory management problems introduced in 7.03. (I need Borland C++ :-) ) These changes were added just before development was halted and thus problems have never been addressed. If 7.03 works fine for you, then use it. If you have troubles, 7.02 might resolve them.
